If You Purchased Your Device in 2016
You have the option to upgrade to the full, accidental-damage-included, Bumper-to-Bumper warranty at 50% discount with the benefit of a two-month warranty extension.
If You Purchased Your Device Between 1 Jan and 20 April 2017
You are automatically entitled to a FREE upgrade to a Bumper-to-Bumper warranty, extended by 2 months from the date your unit was purchased.

The Industry Leading Semi-Rugged Warranty

Pack & Collect provides a hassle free returns service for Getac devices that fail under warranty.

If your equipment fails we will send a DHL courier to pack it in appropriate packaging for dispatch to one of our service hubs. Once repaired, DHL will return it in the same way, fully protected.

Standard Warranty

Our Standard Warranty package covers all system components in line with terms and conditions covering product failures under normal and anticipated usage. Extremely cost-effective, it guarantees Getac quality repairs in the event of a product failure.

Your Service and Repair Process

  1. Login Service Request System on Getac Service System (GSS)
  2. A courier from Getac’s logistics partner will arive the next business day with suitable packaging to collect your device and return to our service centre
  3. Upon receipt of the unit full diagnostics will be carried out and unit will be repaired
  4. Unit will be soak-tested, cleaned and shipped back to required address
  5. The goal of Getac service is to minimise the time any unit is away from your business and so we aim to turn around all Service Request units within 5 days from arrival at the Getac service facility
